LSU IS STILL A TOP 15 TEAM!?!? THEYVE BEATEN NOBODY AND GIVEN UP OVER 100 TO THE ONLY RANKED TEAMS THEYVE PLAYED

Can we change the NCAA thread titles to "Beef rants about the SEC" from now on?

But yeah, LSU shouldn't be top 20. Maybe 22-25.

Florida-Georgia should be interesting, even though I won't be there due to a superb online ticketing system. -.-

Florida will win but Georgia will still have the biggest celebration of the game.

I'd react similarly if Virginia Tech or Michigan State was ranked ahead of us but that isn't the case and tends not to be the case so much with teams that aren't in the SEC. I dont understand how any voter could backup their reasoning for voting LSU so high. I understand that they are dumb and pay no attention to most of what goes on, but its easy to see that LSU has 2 losses, no good wins and has given up over 100 to the only good teams theyve played

That will be reflected in the BCS rankings. The voters are a little overzealous and it's not justified but by the same token, FSU is a little bit high because of their name as well. Sagarin has LSU at 21 and FSU at 23 and that sounds about right to me.

That win wasn't legit, the refs were obviously biased on the side of LSU. I mean, it's pretty clear the refs are biased for one team when they're tackling ball carriers on the other team.

Half our team was still suspended and it was our first game against a real opponent. I realize you havent watched games since then but our team has certainly improved since then and so have a lot of other teams in our conference. The opposite seems true of the SEC.

Why are you so concerned about the AP anyways, it's a bunch of meaningless sillyness. If you haven't figured it out, the media ranks teams basically like this:

1. USC
2. Oregon State
3. USC
4. Texas
5. Alabama
6. Georgia
7. Florida
8. LSU
9. Vanderbilt
10. USC
