JJ's pick em post made me think of this:
Schnelly on Texas:

"My defense will get to a point where they will be mean, nasty and onery (expletive) and that's what you need for Texas," Schnellenberger said. "Texas will move the ball with tit-for-tat, screens and options, but we'll make them pay a price whenever they catch one of those dinky passes. We'll put three hats on them and make them not want to get up, that's the way to beat Texas."

FAU isn't far from where UCF was last year (Different type of offense, obviously, but similarly skilled) and UCF almost pulled it off.

But that was a totally different environment.

Either way, I really like Schellenberger. He's the type of coach you need at a program like that.

I'm tempted to pick them.

At the very least, they will give them a game.

App St. is going to be close with LSU for a quarter and then get beat rather easily.

I fully expect App State to give LSU a game.

Either way, FAU's a pretty good team, and that offense can score on anyone. I think it'll be close.

Texas has Mack Brown and no Vince Young so they will be automatically vulnerable from the get go.

I don't think Appy States got a chance in hell. No way LSU sleeps on them like Michigan did.

I'm only driving 20 minutes but my opening game of 1 combined FCS wins takes the cake.

Temple's gonna begin their march to respectibility by winning at Army.

Greenville is an underrated place to play but Lindsay having surgery is a HUGE loss for ECU. Their running game is really weak right now.

At least Ohio's our division...and their fans hate us, so it's fun to beat the shit out of them. Even if I will be rooting for them in their other 11 games (dad's alma mater)
