![]() ![]() The Marlins’ starting rotation appears to have taken another hit. Left-hander Scott Olsen was scratched from his scheduled start Thursday because of left shoulder tendinitis. He is under no-throw orders for the next two to three days. Left-hander Aaron Thompson will start in Olsen’s place. Source I'm listening to the radio broadcast of tonight's game against the Cardinals and they just said that Scott Olsen was scratched from his next start tomorrow due to left sholder tendonitis. Not good. Last edited by mbaamin08; March 5th, 2008 at 08:36 PM.. |

At some point you need to look at the med staff. All these injuries keep popping up all over the place.

You shouldn't have as many TJ surgeries, fatigue, nerve damage, torn ligaments, etc. to young pitchers as we've had. Someone needs to get fired.

I agree with the general opinion here. The pitchers in the Marlins organization have had far too many injuries as a whole. It of course could simply be a coincidence but if nothing else it does need to be looked into.
