Yeah. Don't get me wrong, I like Baker but he is not the best at throwing out base stealers. The Marlins are almost better off having Lo Duca catch Volstad with his slow delivery home.

That being said, great first inning all around. We strike for 3 in the top of the inning and the Phillies get one really cheap run on a ball that hit off of Volstad and two steals. No ball even left the infield.

I would say Werth stole those 2 off of Bake and Volstad. Volstad is real slow going to the plate.

Tables have turned tonight. Yesterday, our starter only went 1.2 IP. Today, it's the Phillies turn.

After the drought this offense has been on lately, I'm loving this 7 runs on only 4 outs thing. Keep this going!

I didn't realize Lo Duca had a great arm.

Oh, I totally agree. Because Volstad is so slow to the plate, that's why I think he'd be better off being paired with a guy with a stronger arm like Lo Duca.
